DSTV no service although payment made three days ago

Joined DSTV Stream Package on ***1. Paid first installment via payment link and watched DSTV for a month without problems. Paid new installment on ***6 but DSTV was disconnected due to the fact that there are two profiles on their system for me and my payment is allocating to empty profile?? Struggled more than an hour to get payment allocated to correct profile (two phone calls made) but still no service.
