DSTV No Service
No DSTV Catchup or Showmax available on decoder
Get message that it is not available in my country (South Africa)
Software update must be responsible for this !
Logged call on the 25th May 2019 (Ref # ********** 2-I52)
The could not resolve the problem and told me that they will escalate the matter.
Week later, still waiting to be contacted.

19 Jun 2019, 12:32Pathetic. Phoned them back today with my reference number. The matter was never escalated as promised. They want to do further troubleshooting that will not help. They recon, if I do not want to assist them over the phone, I need to take it to the pathetic help centers where the queues normally wind out the doors. Fact remains that this service always worked, and stopped after a software update (That they will deny). This is the same way I was bul**** to replace my old SD decoder where they continually forced resets.
