DSTV NO NO

I rented a box office or at least tried to on Sunday 19.06.2022, made payment via cell phone but the movie was not coming through, I called the call centre and spoke to Aaliah Richards who was trying to help, she sent me a new hire code but this too did not work. I requested someone to phone me back and shortly after received a call from Silindile Nguse who could not help either, and he said he will get his supervisor to call me back at about 15:30 (which day he did not say) as I am still waiting for the call, I checked my bank statement and true as Bob there is not 1 but 2 R40.00 transactions on there but NO MOVIE. nobody is helping. DSTV is losing the plot they cant even keep content current and are showing re runs after re runs which we are paying for,
