DSTV no LNB in stock

Went to DSTV Goodwood 25 May 2026 for a LNB i needed as mine was faulty and I was unable to watch any programs at all. I needed the Smart LNB with 3 Uni and 1 universal cable. I was informed that there was non in stock and this has been the case for some time now. I had already tried a number of outlets and non of them had any either, in-fact they all told me to go directly to DSTV. How is it possible that and absolute vital part of receiving a signal in order to watch satellite is not available. This seems like complete incompetence by the Procurement Department. What's more they told me they have no idea when it will be available. Perhaps I should do what thousands of others are doing and cancel my subscription?
