Dstv No Help

I cannot begin to describe how angry i am at dstv. I have been talking to how many agents now and no one is even willing to help in any way possible. Firstly i have been paying my dsrv account every month on time not a day late and then all of a sudden last month there is a R545.54 arrears amount on my account. Heaven only knows where that amount comes from. Because all of a sudden this month my dstv price got an increase to R1875.56. Yeah so i have been dealing with agent after agent asking them where that amount comes from and no one can say and now my service is disconnected and they just dont give a flying hell. Their fault now becomes mine and my problem because they are just unwilling to help you. Now i must pay a ridiculous amount to have my service connected again after waiting on them to get back to me with what is happening on my account so i can make payment on it because i refuse to pay that amount for dstv it they cannot even tell why and for what that amounts is and where it comes from. Again now i am sitting without service and they just dont care to help their loyal customer of how many years. Leaving this **** and going to streaming because customer service with them is non existent and not willing to take responsibility for anything. I want help to get this sorted please asap and my service restored.
