DSTV NO HELP BEEN WAITING FOR FEEDBACK A MONTH

I would like some help here please. I have been dealing with Dstv since the beginning of this month. Firstly dstv opened up a pricelock contract in my name that i didnt even know about have i not gone into their office. There I spoke to a Mymoena Snyman beginning of this month that said that she will get them to sort it out and get back to me to let me know what is happening and nobody from dstv have gotten back to me with regards to this so now i wana take them on for *****. Secondly because this pricelock contract was taken i now need to make a payment of R1178.34 on the 1st of December 2020 where my normal price that i usually pay is R890.00. That is there mistake that i now need to pay for. I want someone from dstv to come back to me before close of business otherwise im opening a case of ***** and then taking it further.
