DSTV no help

We send an email on Wednesday 02/10/2019 for a change of onwership on Mr TM Greyvenstein we received an email on Thursday 03/10/2019 that it has been done. We have been on the phone with DSTV from Fridat as the change of onwership still has not been done! They said it would normally take 48 hours and it has been more than 48 hours!!!
