DSTV no feedback on promises
No customer service at all. Call centre's useless. I bought the prize lock on black Friday last year(R 999 with a explorer decoder, free installation and a R1000 takealot voucher. 1. The decoder was delivered within a week. 2. To get the installation done as a real struggle and a few calls. The installation was eventually done on the 28th of January 2023.
3. After 5 calls and weeks of waiting I’m still waiting for my takealot voucher.
