Dstv no customer service

No customer service I have a account problem with them. I have spoken to many agents in there call centre and was told the matter will be sorted this started on the 9th of September up till now nothing has been done to correct my account. My account get disconnected and when I phone I get re connected again and 2days later I get disconnected. Supervisors are in meetings so I cannot get assistance really now
