Dstv no communication

Have been dealing with them for the last week. I have been told that there is a 24 to 48 hour response to emails. Still no response. Havie been phoning and Consultants are giving incorrect information. Very frustrating. Extremely bad service. Noone there seems to be empowered to resolve queries?
