Dstv no assistance at all

I have now send at least 12 emails to Dstv. All of which have met with no response. I have furthermore written at least 5 reviews on Hello Peter, and all I received is an auto response advising me that they would contact me. I have been forced by Dstv to cancel my subscription due to the fact that I could not pay my subscription as they have not refunded me for the overpayment made 4 months ago. Can anyone please advise me what to do. I am a pensioner and really need the refund to be made as soon as possible. Kindly note that I have supp**** Dstv with all the required documents on 3 occasions.
