DSTV NO ASSISTANCE!!!

I have an ongoing problem with needing to change our decoders around every morning after the DSTV system reboots (normally around 4 30 am). Technicians have advised that this is a Multichoice problem but DSTV is unable - or won't - do anything to resolve the problem.
