Dstv nightmare

I curse the day I won the free upgrade on the dstv spin competition. From month to month it’s a nightmare of billing errors and no one is taking responsibility. You spend your data chatting to consultants on Twitter which is by the way a waste of time, then you use your own money to buy airtime and call customer care only to be told that your query is being escalated and your account will be fixed within 2hrs. Furthermore the consultant over the phone assured me that the billings department made an error but chat those on Twitter, you get a different story! Now I’m sitting with a huge amount of R1248 from a normal R709 monthly subscription. I’m not sure what kind of **** multi choice is running but this is most painful to be ****** like that. I want my account fixed!
