Dstv nightmare

Disgusting *********** and arrogant dstv 1.Uber eats voucher does not work. Lodged complaint. Received ref. Called a week later and was told I that customer service could not retrieve and progress and I just had to wait patiently for a response. Advised them there is a expiry date. Operator was uninterested and said they could not escalate. Still waiting. 2. Have called many times over the last 18 months enquiring as to why the Indian bouquet is not available online. Again was just shrugged off with promises that someone will respond. Still waiting. 3. Asked to downgrade my package. They said they will escalate to correct department to unlock from pricelock(ended two months ago but still being overcharged). No response to date and today is my debit order pay date. 4. Free golf offers have never worked-ap kept crashing on redemption attempt-again, call centre unable to resolve Will be terminating and moving on from this nightmare
