DSTV NIGHTMARE

I have been trying to resolve my case with DSTV for years where someone was using my account without my knowledge,whenever i call they issue me with the following ********** or ********** which dont work,its only after i spoke to another sales lady and she told me that this emails only works internally and i was just wasting my time all along Can i please get this matter sorted because when i go for my credit check it shows i owe dstv please advise which number or which person i can contact because i keep on being told to call ********** and then the emails which the staff members dont even know that it only works internally
