Dstv never fails to disapoint!

Dear MultiChoice

I have taken Multichoice abuse for many years with their don’t care attitude. The morning 12 July 2022, I woke up to my Dstv being suspended. I called multichoice on *** and spoke to an agent Zama Nkwayama. She tried to assist me but my complaint needed a more senior person as I was given the incorrect information regarding my account. I asked for my payment date to be the 15th of every month, only to wake up on the 12th to be suspended. I explained this isn’t fair as I rely on the consultants to give us credible information. This did not sit well as I was challenging why I must pay the reconnection fee yet it wasn’t my mistake.. She then put me through a EXTREMELY ARROGANT woman who didn’t want to exchange her full name and position on the call. When asked for her position, she stated on record she is a team leader/manager. When I was persistent in reporting her, she stated her name is Nobuhle from operations. Nobuhle (if that is even her real name) is extremely rude and should NOT hold the position of Teamleader/Manager. She blatantly made remarks for me to hear, she said, “Ungijwayela kabi lo” in loose translation she is saying that I don’t know who she is! Is this the way Multichoice prides themselves? You guys never seem to fail to disappoint because your consultants know they get away with everything.
