DSTV needs to pull up there socks seriously

Where in your life have you heard that if you have extra view you have to pay for a certain package for both decorders..... you must pay R579 (compactplus subscription) for the decoder in your lounge and then R579 for the decoder in your room!? Each month it is a different story to say you owe x amount and when you call the call centre each agent have their own story as if they not working for the same company. To top it all your account gets suspended even though you have paid it. DSTV has let me down and I hope that there can be a company to compete with DSTV that can render services to us. So disappointed
