DSTV needs to look at what is going on with these ********** debits!
M-CHOICE
I had a random Multichoice debit order go off my account R699- i am not even a client and neither do i have DSTV at my house. no one seems to care about this :( - i repeatedly had to provide the information and then told they could not pick up anything on their system.
Can someone please resolve this - ridiculous? Do they not verify account details before debiting an account?

HOWEVER, I still do not have answers as to how someone was able to re-activate my OLD account without any paperwork or approval from our side. This is still a huge concern as you were able to deduct money form my account without my approval. As you can see from all the other complaints on HelloPeter I am not the only one this has happend to. Could someone please investigate this issue and update me on how this was AT ALL possible?
