Dstv napping

Dstv is very fast to disconnect you as a client, I have been with dstv for more than 15years, but when I lost my job during covid,my sister took over the payment but when she made a mistake with payment, they simply disconnected despite the efforts I made to inform them about the mistake she made and the fact that she is aware and will fix it but on Monday we got disconnected, she did a money transfer which takes time to reflect so they asked for a proof of payment, which she also sent to them but dstv, then on Wednesday night dstv stopped communicating with me on my email, so my complaints are not responded to, I want to let dstv know that its not the best in the block, youtube alone has better reality TV shows than what dstv has to offer, their system of intertainment is outdated, so they loose clients because they are quick to disconnect, disconnecting is their number one priority, we dstv clients we need to look at other intertainment system because we are stuck with a company that is stuck up in the past, we need to ditch multichoice and migrate to Netflix,youtube,Disney because just these three is better than what dstv is offering us, dstv has got me thinking about why I'm still with it and if I do leave I won't do them a favor by also including showmax and dstv stream, I will leave and put multichoice in the past in my life, a past I would like to forget
