DStv (Mutltichoice) refusing to process my refund.

Dstv multichoice have debited more than what they should have debited on my bank account and have promised to process my refund as per agreement but their call center agent when i call them to get an update regarding my refund they are just sending me from pillar to post, They are such a useless call center agents with poor customer s****s
