DSTV (Mutlichoise) are *******!

About FOUR years ago I cancelled my Dstv as I moved in with my fiancé who already had a package. LAST month DStv decided to take it upon themselves to sign me up for a special and activate my account - please note I have not signed any reactivating Forms or debit authorization forms! I was debited R419. I called in and asked what the hell was going on. The people that helped me were friendly and tried to assist but told me the system was down so they couldn’t cancel the subscription (that I didn’t sign up for) but they they would give me the money back as they could see that my account was activated due to a promo that they are running! I didn’t receive my money, instead I got another sms to say that I would he debited R700 in July (for the same subscription I didn’t sign up for). I called back in. The lady I spoke to once again told me that the system wasn’t able to cancel the subscription but that she would mark payment as cash payment so that it doesn’t come off my account (again debiting my account without authorization). I then called my bank and asked them to reverse the June payment! Which they luckily did! And today I get a damn message from Dstv stating that I need to pay them the R419 that my bank payed me back!

DStv sort your stuff out! I never signed up for ANYTHING! And especially didn’t auth you to debut my account!

My worry now is bad credit! So please have someone get in contact with me ASAP so that I can be assured that this has been canceled and that they won’t debut from me again!
