Dstv must stop introducing whatsapp services that they fail to operate

Dstv must stop with the false promo's. On the 16 of August there was a promo running on TV for a compact plus for R460, my daughter upgraded to that promo filled in my details from her phone as I didn't have a phone that time and you were only upgrading on whatsapp, only to find that when the bill came monthend its still the same, I called iam not sure when to find out what was going on and the consultant said that was no changes on my account and the promo ended already and there was nothing he can do as there's nothing on the system. Dstv is just ***********, why introduce a system that you will fail to use at the end of the day because to me that sounds like false adverti*****ts, u selling us something that's not there. If you told us on your us on your advert to go to the Dstv outlets and upgrade we would have done so and then you know it's done instead of introducing whatsapp services that fails you.
