Dstv must have competition, I'm really fed up with them

DSTV really need competition. I have compact on pricelock which is R499 monthly plus a showmax subscription ofR45 a month. I had a debit order but realized that the amount deducted fluctuates so I canceled the debit order. They have a self-service through Whatsapp, so before I pay I check how much is due. As usual in March I checked the amount due, to my surprise it was +R800 I told myself that I can't pay that. Since then I did not pay but now and then I checked the amount due, every time I check it it gave me a different amount the amounts were ranging between +R500 to +R900 Today decided to do follow up. Wow! What a long, unclear explanations. And when I asked about the fluctuating amounts they say "The amounts of Wa=hatsapp self services are not always correct" Now I'm sitting with +R900 because their own system is not always correct
