DSTV MUST FALL( POOR SERVICE, UNFAIRLY TREATMENT)

On Saturday morning I received a call from Danisile Sokhela who then promised me lies, so the lady advised me that they will refund my mom her r320 since she was never fully advised about the dstv insurance. How do you guys do business, hso basically you abuse and take advantage of people who don't understand English so u guys can let them pay for not knowing something since you don't explain to them fully,that Danisile told me dstv will refund back my mom and I told her I don't want that amount to pay her services in advance I want it to be transferred back to her .you as a Company do you teach nor train your employees how to lie, I want my moms money back you don't even care how do other people live my mom chose the cheapest services from the word go coz she can't afford those expensive one and still you let her pay that r320 and that left her with no food ...

Can dstv be shut down and let better people who knows how to do nor operate business take over . Your company sucks your service is worse
