DStv must fall
DStv again has disconnected my services. They say I must pay them R478 when payment was made on the 24/12/2021 of R424. We pay what reflects on our accounts. I am also not the only person that is having this problem. If we pay in advance DStv charges us extra and disconnects people before their next payment date I was told this by their own staff member on a phone call with them

The client services is so pathetic and horrible it takes them over an hour to reply and then when a customer is busy who can't chat then those assholes send a message they are waiting for a reply, they can't hold on they must disconnect the chat. DStv is ****en useless

The gentleman that phoned me yesterday on behalf of DStv (hello Peter) said he was sorting it out nothing till now. I am still waiting from yesterday. Now they are telling me that they see a request and removal of my package. How do these asshole work
