DStv must fall

It was earlier this year I ordered a DStv WiFi and it went back to them ,they called me ask if I received the DStv I said they send it again.Upon on arrival it was the wrong one and they wanted more money I told them it's not what I ordered I wanted to pay R179 but now they want R249 I said I will send it back to them ,they said I must pay R1000 and something but didn't use it.Now they put my name under credit beareu.I want them to remove my name they **** me these people over the phone.
