DSTV must fall

This DSTV is getting on my nerves.. They just exploiting us.. I called in on Monday notifiying them that i want to change my payment date.. Next thing they cut off my Subscription telling me that i need to pay R457 meaning its double the amount that iam paying... Even the agents are rude.. Iam stick and tired of this people.. They say i cant change my date cause iam on debit order but i have been calling them for a year now that they dont debiting money from my account and il have to pay cash every month.. Whos fault is it.. I will not pay double the amount
