DSTV must fall

I get a SMS stating they handing me over to Debt collectors for an amount of R137 are you serious. I have not received any notifications emails/sms advising of this outstanding balance. For the amount of years iv had the account iv been paying on time over R900, now they wanting to take me to debtors!!! I called the call Centre very unhelpful agents I asked to speak to a manager none whats ever did i get to speak to one. How do you refer me to debt collectors with payment reminders? Get you staff trained to be more professional and call a client back when necessary it took me 3 agents almost all my airtime then only did the last agent say she will call back. How make it make sense i always paid on time +-R900 now you referring me to Debtors for what R137!! Come on now!!! very bad for DSTV i must say!!!
