DSTV Must be the Worse Service Provider on the Continent

Why is the support staff so damn Lazy. On Tuesday after load shedding my secondary decoder had no signal. I called in 3 times and an hour later I eventually got someone who assisted me and we were back up and running. Today 3 calls and they instead say no I must bring the decoder in to a walk in service. They make so much money, They can at least treat its customers better. So USELESS....
