Dstv must be banned useless service.
Princess They Peerbhay-Nhlapho .keep on charging me for netfliks and when I phone them they say sorry pronlem will be fixed. Evry after two days they switch my services off and Have to phone 20 times before they get the problem. I have been paying netfliks directly from my account and its not linked with dstv. Evrytime a new person deals with my matter and I have to start all over again explaining now they cant even find the reference numbers for escalations.

22 Jul 2023, 08:05I really cant keep on fighting with you for the same problem and you keep on promising me to fix the problem. I have kept my side by paying you every month. Its been 7 months now twice in a month we fight about the same thing. I waste alot of airtime phoning you. I am tired now CANCELL MY CONTRACT WITH EMMEDIATE EFFECT I CANT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH PEOPLE WHO CANT KEEP THEIR OWN WORD. THANKS FOR THE HORRIFIC,SAD TIME I HAD WITH YOU ITS TIME TO LOOK AFTER MY OWN SANITY.
