DSTV MULTICOICE SERVICE UP TO ****

On the 11 October 2019 DStV contacted my mother SLM Du PLessis asking her if she would like to continue on Price Lock she said yes. Ones they switch it over it gave the XTRAVIEW ERROR NO CONNECTION TO PRIMARY DECODER E143-4. We have been phoning each day no one can help us, they stated we must get an DSTV Installer however the problem occur on there side ones they made the switch to PRICE LOCK. WE HAVE BEEN PHONING R500 worth of air time since the 11 Oct 2019 and it is still not working, each time of the more than 10 times we phone they state they will phone us back but till today no one has phoned us back there service is beyond poor.

I will not get an installer to fix it they mess up your DSTV the you have to pay. The payment we pay a month is already so high. No wonder the people are cancelling f DSTV there service is up to ****. When you phone in these days their system is forever of line.
