Pathetic service and bunch of ****** I bought a brand new decoder PVR in March 2020, and yesterday August 2020) 4 months later.. It started giving us problems, got a massage dat the hard drive is no longer working we must contact the nearest branch... My husband took the decoder to Gezina galaries branch, wer dey told him they can't fix it dey can only give him a second hand 1) just imagine the nerve) I've only had this decoder for only 4 months and now dey have a nerve to tell us they can't fix it... How sick is dat, I am so ****ed and I want a new decoder oh we will take this further, Vusi the si cold manager is so rude and doesn't have good customer service
