DSTV MULTICHOICE's ********** SERVICE

DSTV Multichoice's service is EXTREMELY POOR AND FRUSTRATING. My service has been suspended since beginning Sept because debit order did not go off, after numerous times trying to contact Multichoice no one's been able to assist with this matter.I was on a call with a consultant by the name Anathi and she confirmed that she can see on the system that a debit order went off today 01/10/2019 but could not active. They've been escalating but we don't get any feedback. Multichoice's service is just pathetic, even the team leaders are refusing to take calls because they are also unsure of their processes.
