DStv (MultiChoice)Loui (DSTV FIBER OLIVEN)

Loui and the partner came to instal fiber for Dstv connections on the 04th of November 2022. I was in a hurry to go and renew my driver's license at Centurion and couldn't be with them until they finish but my daughter was home. Since Loui forgot some of the equipments needed, he had to drive back to Oliven to take them. They did show me how are they going to join that Fiber Cable. We agreed since the Pole with Fiber Box was in the yard of our neighborhood. Therefore they will join FIBER Cable along with the Telephone Cable. I requested my neighbour so as they gain entrance and permitted them to work. But when I came it was not done as we agreed. The cable is crossing above our neighborhood roof which I had to go and apologize to my neighbors about that and promised them that it will fixed as soon as possible. I did call him and make him aware and promised to come and fix it properly as suggested on how are they going to place it till to date, I called him several times and said he will come whenever he can get a chance. Meaning am no longer a priority. Sunday the 18th of December l got hold of him and said he might come on Monday or Tuesday. I requested him to come Monday the 19th since I'll be attending memorial service Tuesday the 19th. Otherwise 06th of January I called him he never responded and send the massage that he's on leave till the 17th of January. I just tried to call him and never responded but I left the massage. If this is a problem alternatively there's two Fiber Municipality Main hole on the ground which is very neat, in this case they have to dig the ground
