DStv (MultiChoice)A pathetic company.

On the 25th May, I requested a refund as I had over paid my subscription by mistake, I submitted all proof of payment and banking account as requested by Ntombi Khumalo.I am still waiting and the worse part is that she is not even responding to my Emails, I was not expecting much from DStv (MultiChoice) anyway.
