DSTV MULTICHOICE - YOUR STAFF NEED TRAINING! DISGUSTED

Absolutely disgusting service from Korabo who is selling their "Special" to me. Contacted DSTV on Saturday to upgrade our DSTV and get a new decoder. Yesterday 12.2.2020 someone contacts me. I told them to call back in 15 minutes as it was NOT convenient to talk. Nobody called. Today a Mr Korabo contacts me and after everything was done telephonically, he decides that my TONE was changing, he was very patient with me and then I am not talking to him like a human and puts the phone down in my ear. DSTV that's absolutely disgusting.
