DSTV (Multichoice) Worst Streaming App Award.

The streaming app has to be the absolute worst in the entire world. I spend more time watching the screen that says "WHOOPS looks like something went wrong. Please try again. Error Code 500" than watching actual programs. The "try again" button results in the same message, over and over again. I then have to restart the app, which frequently breaks down, or the resolution is lost, to the extent that you can't even recognise a face. I have found that I need to start the app at least half an hour before a program begins, otherwise I miss the first 15 minutes, trying to get past the WHOOPS message. I even have to disconnect and then re-connect from my WiFi, and sometimes have to restart my smartphone, before a picture even appears. I have a strong internet connection, and none of the other streaming apps have these issues. Hellopeter should make a special rating category for DSTV - MINUS 5 stars.
