DStv (MultiChoice) worst service you can think of

I am trying now since July 2018 to get my account sorted out with them. They keep on making promises, but nothing happens. I cannot even get into their system to send them a complain. They are not even willing to put you through to their account department. They just ***** your money and then do nothing. People do not sign a debit order with DStv (MultiChoice) as they will take your money without your consent. Rather pay them monthly or better don't even deal with them.
