DStv / Multichoice - Worst customer support ever!

I have now been trying to do a simple reset of my DStv Stream password for 7 DAYS?! The password reset link reports "An unexpected error occurred." ... Oh, and then I received emails stating that my password was changed, but it was never. After chatting with the Nth support agent on the official website chat, I am instructed to wait another 48 hours for another email. We are living in the 21st century, and this is what we have to put up with?! SERIOUSLY?! You are such a joke ,,....
