Dstv Multichoice with bunch of amateurs

What a bad experience with multichoice 1st line support,bunch of amateurs. Your services really sucks were as im a paying for services that I hardly use.What a useless assistance you guys are offering. Really disappointed i can't keep on calling everyday im paying for my package for heavens sake can I view without any problems pls is it too much to ask
