What a useless company!

My account was suspended on the 9th of July because of non-payment. I made full payment within 20 minutes and was reconnected.

Then 11 days later on the 21st of July I was disconnected again. I spoke to 2 useless agents first before I got help from an agent who was able to go onto the system and confirm that I owe nothing. She then reconnected me and said she would escalate the issue. Escalate my foot.

3 days later on the 24th of July I got disconnected again. I first spoke to 2 agents who said they could not pick up my payments made on the 9th of July. Luckily I called again and the 3rd agent could pick up the payments (even then after an argument), then after that she reconnected.

2 days later today, on the 26th of July I get disconnected yet again. The agents can't pick up my payments and they say they can only go as far back as the 21st of July.

What a useless company, all you know is to exploit clients with you monopoly which we have read you maintain through ******* means. Why are you intent on *****ing a mere R500 from me. I do not owe you a cent.

You claim to be technologically advanced, yet you can't even invest in systems that actually work. Its nonsense that your agents can't pick up payments that were made

In addition to the money you say I owe, you charge me a reconnection fee each time you reconnect me, even though you have done so **********ly, secondly, I have wasted a lot of money calling you. Who will pay that back? DSTV IS USELESS. *********** AND THE CTO SHOULD BE FIRED
