Dstv Multichoice will not refund my money

End of February 2022 , i made a payment on my account with DSTV. By mistake i paid a few thousand rand too much. I have requested a refund on three seperate occations and despite them saying the refund will be given, i have not yet received anything. i have sent All documentation, proof of paymeny etc, without any response. I will now have to resort to legal action. I am totally disgusted with this company and their incompotence!!!
