DSTV Multichoice WiFi ****

Its a ****!!! I want to warn other consumers about DSTV Internet. They don't even deserve one star!!The courier delivered an Internet Router on the 26 April 2024. Ive made several follow ups so that they can load the data; I was told that the matter has been escalated. I visited Vincent Branch in East London on Monday 06 May 2024; I was told to pay R375.00 as pro rata payment and the data wl be loaded. I've contacted them again and I was told that the sim card was not registered on my name; funny enough because the courier official requested my ID book on the day of delivery. Till today no data has bn loaded. I want to cancel this contract
