Dstv multichoice whatsapp not realiable

On the 29 April I made request on DSTV whatsapp platform to downgrade from Compact plus to Easyview and made payment of R85. Im now suprised when my all channels of easyview are blocked saying i owe R585. How is that possible because it was approved and confirmed on whatssapp that my easyview will start on n 1 May and i needbto pay R83. DStV to Please sort out this!!!!
