DSTV Multichoice Waterkloof Glen Pretoria still not fully functional due to "off line".

Published a poor service complaint on 5/08/24 regarding the Waterkloof Glen branch in Pretoria that changed premises across the foyer being off line for a week. Well today 16/08/24 I returned to the Waterkloof Glen DSTV Multichoice branch and they are still off line and cannot provide a full service for decoder exchange. How much longer must one continue to pay a premium subscription with a substandard service. Perhaps consideration for streaming as a replacement for DSTV is a good option. Its no wonder they are loosing subscribers. The response of "We are looking into the matter" is a waste of time.
