Dstv (Multichoice) victimising complainants!!!

So I complained about unexplained charges on my dstv account on this platform and guess what ? They were reduced without any explanation. Two weeks or so I now have a problematic decoder which says no signal. Not sure if its management who is teaching the employees at multichoice this ****gery as this seems to be a trend, you complain about them on this platform they claim to have resolved it but deal with your decoder so that you can buy a new one.

Multichoice you might see yourself as the biggest pay-tv in Africa but that won't be forever. Continue treating your customers like trash you will reap what you sow.
