DStv (MultiChoice) using ****mers to sell decoders

Wy do you use OnAir TV to sell your decoders???? They are ****mers. The lady told me i must get the new DSTV decoder for the new soft wear. That my decoder wont work for long anymore and and and. When i received the new decoder I saw it was the same decoder that i have now, with the same serial number. I phoned to say that i don't want the same decoder and I'm not going to pay for something that i already have.
