DSTV Multichoice - useless pathetic service - do not subscribe

Putrid service, misleading information set up to extract payments from customers via their whatsapp automated responses. Their call centre agent was incapable of comprehending the essence of my complaint i.e the automated whatsapp message informed that payment of R436.06 was required to activate the service whereupon pursuant to doing so, it would take 5-10 minutes for activation (viewing) to reflect. Nothing happened. The dstv call centre now comes up with garbled explanations of other fees such as insurance etc. I did not contact them for that but to complain about the misinformation and rectification thereof. Consumers protection is required from this putrid service provider.
