DSTV Multichoice unauthorised debit order

I app**** for explorer decoder via price lock department.They kept changing delivery dates until I cancelled.After cancellation of price lock they put through a debit order for my package monthly subscription.i phoned to have it reversed.For the past 9years I have always paid them cash and was happy to continue that way.I was assured it was resolved.Today 01 May 2019 they debited me for R49 price lock explorer decoder which I cancelled a month ago.I spoke to a Lucia this morning,she keeps asking me who cancelled it a month ago..who I spoke to..I can't remember the names not where I wrote it down.She can't seem to help unless I got those names.. I've been promised a response in 48hrs..this is just pure stupidity and incompetence from multichoice.
