DStv (MultiChoice) unacceptable

I'm so angry at multichoice, I did a price lock which they said I will be paying R1000 fine with me , then the next thing they debt R1194.58 when I call they said I was in errors which I don't understand because I have a debit order with them, I decided to let it go, next month it went up again to R1351.00 still they telling me about errors, the following month they took R1331 telling me about netflix , still I decided to let it go now they taking R1500.00, how on earth did we move from R1000 to R1500, hai no I cant now ,Its neither the fix this mess or just cancel the whole thing
